The Gimp, while similar to Photoshop, is not as user-friendly. With Photoshop, you can throw in as many effects as you like because you’re using layers. The Gimp doesn’t have layers. As a graphic designer, you will often be more comfortable with Photoshop than you are with the Gimp.

List generation in Python

I have been searching an answer to this question, but I didn’t find anything useful.
How would you write a function that takes a set of lists (that will be different), and then generates another list of lists that is the same as the input, but with another change: in every list there are repeated elements multiple times.
To clarify a bit more, the output must be a list of lists, and every list is the same length as the input. Then, at the end, we will take every first element in every list, and take the sum of each list, and create a new list that is the sum of all the lists.
For example, let’s consider the input is:
[1, 3, 2, 5, 1, 2, 3, 4]

And the output would be:
[[2, 2, 2, 2], [6, 2, 2, 2], [3, 2, 2, 2], [3, 6, 2, 2], [8, 2, 2, 2], [5, 2, 2, 2], [7, 2, 2, 2], [4, 2, 2, 2]]

I am trying to explain this is an easier way.
I know a brute force solution, but I was wondering if there was a better algorithm to do this.

Simply split the list into sublists where the elements repeat, and add the singleton lists where there are no repeats to the output list:
def solution(l):
# This will get you as many lists as are needed in the output:
numbers = list(range(1, len(l) + 1))
# Split the input list into sublists that contain the repeated elements:
nr_of_sublists = len(np.unique(l))
# Add the sublists, one where there’s no repeated elements, and the rest:
output = [numbers + [l]] * nr_of_sublists
# Discard duplicates:
output = [n for n in output if len(set(n)) == 1]
return output

Sample run with your input:
In [5]: solution(l)

(NaturalNews) Recently, the USDA received a congressional audit concerning the use of medical research data. In response to congressional questioning, the agency revealed that the agency uses much of the data it collects for marketing purposes rather than research.As reported on an article at, U.S. Congress questions USDA on use of medical research data for marketing and other purposes author Joel Gregory, an operations analyst with the USDA National Agricultural Statistics Service, made the following statement in response to questions about the use of medical research in its marketing programs: “We receive data from researchers, universities, government agencies and other groups. We use that information to conduct our business and to inform the public. Some data we receive is used in the marketing of the agency’s products. Some data is used to determine the financial needs of the agency’s programs.”In the article, he also stated that the agency collects more than 1,000 species-specific product usage data from U.S. farmers, including usage of nutritional supplements, feed additives, biologics, pesticides, fertilizers and feed.Several experts have objected to the use of taxpayers’ money for such questionable efforts, as reported by Yahoo Shine. For example, thefrom Americans for Medical Advancement told Yahoo Shine, “A current program used to promote the USDA’s National School Lunch Program provides a good example of how data is collected and how that data can be used to promote the school lunch program. A vendor [for the USDA] collects data on every meal that a child eats in the school lunch program and then sends it to the USDA. And that data is used to tell the public about the nutritional content of foods, which is one of the marketing goals of the school lunch program, according to the USDA’s own Web site.”And according to one expert, “the majority of research in agriculture is done by agricultural extension agents and that money is largely spent on public education. The public doesn’t realize that.” A. Watts, formerly of the Office of the Dean of Agriculture at the USDA, also believes that the agency promotes its work by exploiting the data it collects.He writes, “The agency [the USDA] is very popular with farm programs and the impacts of those programs are rarely discussed. Researchers are paid by the agency to collect data that shows the success of the programs, yet the data is rarely shared. As a result, those programs can’t be properly evaluated. The agency does a lot of things that it thinks
